The exchange process was a pain. I couldn’t really tell what I was supposed to do next, and getting help took way longer than I expected. I just wanted to swap the item out, but it ended up being confusing and annoying.

I tried Style Me Over because I was hoping, for outfit ideas that felt more like my actual style. But the picks, to me, felt kind of random mostly. A few items were fine, sure, but a lot of it looked like basic suggestions anyone could have been given.

The questions also didn’t really seem to change much based on what I answered, or at least that’s how it felt. It’s not a terrible service, I wouldn’t say that, but for the price it just didn’t feel very personal enough

I’d say it was kind of hit or miss, honestly. Some of the items felt like a decent deal, but a few others, not so much. For the price, it’s fine, just not something I was super impressed by.

I ordered a dress that looked like a soft sage green on the website, but when it showed up it was way more grey-blue in person. I even checked the listing on two different screens before buying, so it’s not like I just glanced at it once. The fit was actually fine, which made it more frustrating, but the color was totally wrong for the event I needed it for. Also, having to go through repeated verification steps during the process was really annoying. I don’t think I’d risk ordering again

The order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that. But the box looked like it had been through a small battle, and the dress bag inside was ripped too. I kind of expected at least decent protection, or maybe that’s just me, but it was basically thin plastic and not much else. The dress itself was okay, thankfully, but the whole unboxing felt careless and a little disappointing

I did end up placing the order, so it worked in the end. It just took way longer than it should have. Not a terrible experience, just not smooth enough for something as basic as checking out.
